When using an in-network health plan:
Your insurance status/cost sharing will be verified after or during your consultation and discussed with you.
Most major credit/debit card brands accepted for cost sharing (e.g. copays/deductible) when applicable.
When using an out-of-network health plan or opting to private pay:
Individuals with other forms of private health insurance can often be directly reimbursed for my services. I am able to provide you with the necessary paperwork to apply for reimbursement directly and would be happy to assist you with the process. Contact me to learn more.
